Integrating hubsell with your HubSpot account creates a seamless workflow between prospecting and your CRM. By connecting the two platforms, you can sync contacts, companies, and all engagement activity, creating a single source of truth for your revenue team. This guide will walk you through the simple setup process.
You must be logged into your hubsell account.
You need an active HubSpot account with Super Admin or App Marketplace access permissions to install new applications.
Step-by-Step Installation Guide
Follow these steps to connect your accounts:
Navigate to Settings
In your hubsell account, navigate to your Settings menu, often found in the bottom-left corner and represented by a gear icon (⚙️).
Select Integrations
From the settings menu on the left, click on the Integrations tab.
Connect to HubSpot
Locate the HubSpot integration in the list of available apps and click the Connect button next to it.
Authorize in HubSpot
You will be redirected to a HubSpot authorization screen. If you are logged into multiple HubSpot accounts in your browser, be sure to choose the correct account you wish to connect with hubsell.
Grant Permissions
Review the required permissions that hubsell needs to operate correctly. HubSpot requires this step to allow hubsell to read and write data. Click Connect app to approve.
Confirmation
Once authorized, you will be automatically redirected back to the Integrations page in hubsell. You will now see that your HubSpot account has a "Connected" status.
Final Step: Configure Your Field Mapping
This is the most important step to ensure data syncs correctly.
Open Field Mapping
On the HubSpot integration page within hubsell, click on the Configure or Mapping tab.
Map Your Data
You will see a list of hubsell data fields (e.g., First Name, Job Title, Company Website) next to dropdown menus containing your HubSpot properties. For each hubsell field, select the corresponding HubSpot property you want the data to sync to. You can map to both standard and custom HubSpot properties.
Example: Map hubsell's Job Title field to HubSpot's Job Title property.
Save Your Configuration
Once you have mapped all necessary fields, click the Save button.
Setup Complete!
Congratulations! Your hubsell and HubSpot accounts are now fully integrated. You can begin pushing prospects to your CRM and all outreach activities will be automatically logged on the contact timeline.
